Welcome to Golf Sim World. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our team.

1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.

2. Simulator Usage & Conduct

2.1 Customers must treat the simulator equipment with care. Any damage caused due to misuse may result in charges for repairs or replacement.

2.2 Only clean, dry golf shoes or trainers are allowed inside the simulator area. No metal spikes or muddy footwear.

2.3 Players must use their own clubs or those provided by Golf Sim World. Golf balls with marker lines or damage are not allowed as they may affect the simulator sensors.

2.4 Food and drinks must be kept away from the simulator equipment to prevent damage.

3. Safety & Liability

3.1 Customers must ensure they have sufficient space to swing safely. Golf Sim World is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use.

3.2 Users are responsible for ensuring they are fit to play. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your play, please consult a professional before using the simulator.

3.3 Golf Sim World is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your session.

4. Event & Group Bookings

4.1 Group and event bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.

4.2 Any cancellations or changes to group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund.

5. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

5.1 If a simulator experiences technical issues during a session, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If a session is interrupted for an extended period due to a fault, we will offer a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

5.2 Golf Sim World is not responsible for external factors, such as power outages or internet failures, that may affect simulator performance.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

6.2 Golf Sim World may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

7.1 Golf Sim World reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
